The KCE (KOREA COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT) is a private, nonprofit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) organization with individual and corporate members that is dedicated solely to the promotion of greater awareness, understanding, and cooperation between the people of the United States and Korea. We seek to advocate for the rights of Korean Americans and otherwise help to promote the well-being and prosperity of the Korean American community.

The KCE members consist of 1st and 2nd generation Korean American Politicians, Business Entrepreneurs, Government officials, Doctors, and other Professionals.  The goal of the organization is to promote the influence of Korean Americans and help our next generation succeed in the main stream of the United States.  We strongly encourage and promote anyone to join our "KCE" and contribute to across all generations. We strive to 1) Improve Korean American influence, 2) Mentor the next generation, 3) Promote Korean Culture, 4) Create smooth generation shift, & 5) Increase Political/Civic Power.

Korean Community Empowerment (KCE) 한인권익신장협회는 미국 플로리다주 그리고 동남부지역의 첫 아시아계 이민자와 후손 (“아시안 아메리칸”)들을 위한 비영리 권익신장협회이다. 창립자 겸 단체 대표인 재미교포 마이클킴 플로리다 주정부 국토부 관리 청장과 스티브서 변호사외 20여명의정치인, 사업가, 공직자, 의사, 전문 직업인, 및 1세/2세의 한인 후세들로 구성되었고, 단체의 목표는 미국내에서 한인들의 역량을 강화하고 한인후예 (차세대)들을 멘토링과 네트워킹을 통하여 미국 주류사회로의 진출 성공을 돕는데 있으며 또한 한인 1세들의 감소추세로 점점 약화되고 있는 한인 커뮤니티에 20/30/40/50 대 한인 전문가및 차세대들의 참여를 자연적으로 유도해 한인사회의 부드러운 세대교체를 증진해 나간다. 본 협희의 다섯가지 기본 목표는 1. 한인권익신장, 2. 차세대 인재 양성, 3. 한류문화 전파, 4. 자연스러운 한인사회 세대교체, 5. 정치력 신장 및 시민적 관여 이다.
